Roman pizza concept restaurant that makes pinsa, pizza al taglio, and other classic Roman street food, for dining in and delivery. My personal challenge with this design brief was to limit myself to 3 hours and convey “modern and fresh” by someone with their sleeves rolled up and flour-covered hands. The tagline “impasto perfetto roma nel petto” is Italian for “Perfect dough. Rome in the heart.”
