Some work stays with you. For more than a year, the architecture of HW Studio has mesmerized me. Rogelio Vallejo Bores and his team in Morelia, Mexico, create spaces that remind people what peace feels like. Still, spare, and deeply human.

Earlier this year I wrote about their practice as part of my case study series on reductive design. Reaching out to Rogelio started a conversation, and that conversation grew into a long distance connection.

Today I’m honored to share that I’ll be working with HW Studio to bring their online presence to life as an extension of their practice. Rogelio, thank you for your trust and your generosity. I’m looking forward to this collaboration.
