This one's a classic. I've watched Simon Sinek's talk so many times and it never fails to inspire. No matter where you're at in your career or company, thinking through what you believe and why is ground breaking. I often ask my startup clients to watch this video and go through the exercise to help craft a vision for their brand and bring their purpose to life through design.
